Using GIT

Hello All,

My company wants us to start using GIT for Development.  From what I understand I need to save/convert my pxplus programs to a text files in order to use GIT.  I've read about a few way to do this.
I'm wondering if there is a best practice or a quick way to do it.
Also if anyone is doing this do you include Line Numbers or No Line Numbers?
