Hi

I wanted to register for the AI assistant beta but I don't have a professional MS account which seems required for MS Office web forms. I left school 35 years ago so I don't have the other type of MS account that is required ;-) 

Same issue with the DireXions registration.

Any advice ?

I get a Microsoft Pick an Account error when clicking on the link to register for the AI Assistant.

Selected user account does not exist in tenant 'PVX Plus Technologies Ltd' and cannot access the application 'c9a.....' in that tenant. The user account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant.

My email address with PxPLus is my Microsoft Business email.

Hi all,

I ran into the same issues trying to register by clicking the link in the newsletter I was emailed.

I was able to register by accessing the newsletter through the website on my iPad.

Looks like the MS forms issue has been resolved

I was able to register for DireXions & the AI assistant beta w/o an MS professional or student account

We have resolved the issue  with DireXions and AI Assistant Beta registration.  Thanks for confirming Stephane. 

Please let us know if  anyone still experiences any issues with registration.
