Query Finished

We have a Report View listbox with a Query attached. Is there any way to determine when/if the query is finished processing?

This particular query loads from an external database through ODBC with a filter. Depending on the contents of the file, it may take a while (10+ seconds) for the first display to update. Even then, the user may not know whether the list is complete or not.

Are you referring to a list box using Smart Load? If so, then prior to the load the cursor is automatically changed to 'cursor'(1), i.e. the load cursor, and when finished the cursor is restored to 'cursor'(0), i.e. the arrow. (This only shows, however, if the cursor is not over the list control.)
If you want to do something further, the Smart Control Definition has Pre-Load Logic and Post-Load Logic that would allow you to do more.
