Nomads / ERR=10 *nomads /pvx/lib/*winproc - Line 230

No matter what I do, I cannot seem to build a query.
The *nomads generator stops at /pvx/lib/*winproc with an ERR=10 on line 230.
What am I doing wrong?

Programming / Program Caching

We have witnessed program caching on three systems, all Linux, using ProvidexPlus. We make a change to a program, SAVE it, then moments later we LOAD the same program and it is the PREVIOUS version, NOT containing the new changes.
We have turned off parameters 'CC', 'PC'=0, -'+C', all to no avail.
If we drop out of Providex and re-enter, we get the new version of the program, so it seems that Providex is causing the issue.
What are we missing?

Wish List / enhance the 'cv' conversion program

Just about anyone who has performed a conversion will use the "cv" program.
It is very good. This issue comes up later, when the programs are ready and the datafiles must be updated.
There is no switch to allow programs only or datafiles only in the "cv" program.
During a conversion process, the programs are typically converted once and the datafiles are converted multiple times during the testing phase and, finally, one last time before the LIVE date.
Suggest the ability to move ONLY PROGRAMS, ONLY DATA, or BOTH added to the options.
Also, when the default SEP=$0A$, "cv" fails to read the IOLIST.
Suggest 1050 READ RECORD (X,SIZ=1024)X$; READ DATA FROM X$,SEP=$0A$ TO IOL=0110

This network is about 30 Windows 10 PC workstations and a Centos 6 Linux server. The licensing issues are getting worse.
Originally, we had one user on her PC that failed to connect and obtain a license from the Linux server using telnet. Ports, cables, the entire PC was changed out with no success. The Windows firewall is turned OFF. There is no anti-virus on this machine.
Other user are now experiencing this license refusal. On first launch, the operator must try 10-12 times to acquire a license.
Where do we look to resolve this issue?

Programming / Windx cannot find Server

I have a Windx operator on Windows 10, cable connected to the Linux server using two monitors. Occasionally, the Windx side stops "Unable to acquire license from server in time allowed." In an office with 30+ users, this is the ONLY operator and workstation to experience this issue. We have restrung the cable, changed switches and routers, can find nothing to correct this error.
Can anyone offer a suggestion how to fix this, where to look?

Linux system, Windx emulators, 40+ users, SSH or telnet connections.
Attempting to SYS("dv") and the system immediately returns to the "-}" prompt without running the program. Why is this and how to stop this behavior?

Programming / Very Slow Input Handler Program

When using a standard text emulator, our input program loads without hesitation. However, using Windx, the program requires at least a second to load. We have added "ADDR" to the program in an attempt to speed this up to no avail. No difference.
What are we missing here?
