Is there a way to send text notifications via SMS using pvx?

Mike King:
Yes, there is a utility call *tools/sms that has a send function which will allow you to send SMS messages using a variety of SMS providers.

You will need to obtain and pay for an account at whichever provider you chose. 

For our Webster Demo we used smsmatrix although any one of the providers listed in the documentation should be able to provide you what you need.
