We also setup the Knowledge base area and a secondary theme to provide a different look for those who want it.
For our European friends we added the language packs for Dutch, German, Spanish, and French.

I created an RSS feed to this new forum.  So, I am getting sort of a digest of the posts to this forum. Those I find of interest, I can click the link in the feed and be sent directly to the forum to peruse the exchange of messages on the topic!
