Programming / API Calls to eBay

Has anyone done any PxPlus coding to pull OAuth Tokens for eBay?
I'm trying to setup some API's for GetOrders and Acknowledgements. . . their documentation is no help.
I have been able to get an OAuth for their basic client_credentials for https://api.ebay.com/oauth/api_scope, but it appears I need something else for GetOrders and I cannot seem to generate a Token for https://api.ebay.com/oauth/api_scope/sell.fulfillment
