I get an external exception C01500f

Any thoughts on what causes this? How to resolve it? What to look for?

I would suggest you contact our support department on this issue.

Please note; they will require a bit more information such as version of PxPlus, OS, serial number (so they can find options enabled), what you were doing, is this a One-time incident or repeatable, etc...
