Can providex be installed and activated on a cload storage drive such a OneDrive or Google Drive?

I do not think it can... But is there a work around?

No as generally these drives provide backups and don't provide direct access nor record locking.

PxPlus requires its license file to be on a locally accessible/connected drive accessible by a file path name which cloud drives don't really offer.

If you are trying to run on the cloud we suggest you consider something like iNomads or create a PxPlus based web application.
