Registration and Setup / Error #99

Hello,
I am upgrading a client to version 15 and I am getting this message.
Both the Windx and the server versions are the same.
This is executing the PROCESS command.
Error #99: Feature not supported
Current program is /usr/pxplus/lib/_winproc, line 36
0036 IF %nomads=0 THEN LET _x=NEW("*obj/nomads")
